If you don't remember you password, just go to the login screen and click the "Forgot Password" link.
If you don't remember what email address you used to create your account contact support at RibbonHQ@gmail.com or via the support number.
In order to see the Pre-Buys you must be logged in.
Login using the login screen before accessing the buy.
You also must be in the bulk buying group to access these buys.
If you are a member, but have recently filled out the Group Application, we need to activate your account.
You may contact support to check the status.
If you aren't a member, please fill out the application, and request access to the Facebook group to see if we are accepting members.
We do NOT allow Resellers to take pre-orders on our ribbon. We reserve the right to make adjustments to our offerings, and can run into splits/quality issues.
To prevent potential issues, we just don't take the risk.
